Katformer progress saving update!!! (v1.2)

I don't usually post devlogs, but I thought this update was important enough to write one.

The big thing is that Katformer now saves your game progress when you exit and re-enter the game now!! To be honest, this should've been a feature on release, but it's here now.

Also, there are now settings for adjusting the music and sfx volume! which is pretty cool i think.

Also also I added sound effects for hitting and being hit by the boss in level 9 for clarity purposes.

Lastly, the background for level 2 has been changed to improve contrast between it and the default skin for kat. That's everything.
